What is an eCommerce helpdesk?

eDesk integrates with every marketplace, webstore and social channel so you can manage sales and support, all in one place. We put the customer and order details right in front of you, so you can sell more and keep your customers happy with faster, more personal responses.

How does the free trial work?

When you trial eDesk you get access to all features for 14 days. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card from within your account.

Is there an add-on package?

Yes. The ‘pro-pack’ includes API integration, auto-translation, chat, enterprise reporting. For more information on the pro-pack please contact sales.

What happens to my data after my trial ends?

When your trial comes to an end, your data and setup remains intact. You can login and select a plan to purchase in order to regain access.

How long are your contracts?

You can pay monthly or annually. On monthly contracts, you can stop, upgrade or downgrade whenever you want.

What are EPMs / Events Per Minute?

Events Per Minute refers to the volume of events that xSellco will process in relation to your SKUs every minute. An event is triggered when one of your competitors changes a price on a competing product. xSellco analyzes every single event that Amazon detects and will react if a price change is required.

Can I add more repricing events to my plan?

xSellco makes it possible to add on EPM bundles to your base plan, so you can continue to reprice in real time. A standard subscription to xSellco comes with 600 EPM. By and large, this is generally enough volume for a standard seller. For those with multiple Amazon channels, this allowance is spread across the channels.
