If you’re an ecommerce seller, then one of the biggest events on the calendar each year is the Internet Retailing Expo. With 8 Free conferences, 16 dedicated workshops, over 300 exhibitors and over 5000 attendees, this years event on the 25th & 26th March looks set to be one of the biggest yet.
We
exhibiting this year at the IRX event at the NEC in Birmingham, as well as speaking about how your customer support team can be a valuable profit driver.
