Fusion allows you to view order details in ChannelAdvisor.
The steps are as follows to enable access:
- Ask ChannelAdvisor to enable access for XSellco. You can do that here
- At Settings > Amazon and Settings > eBay, enter the Profile ID that ChannelAdvisor provides for each channel that you wish to connect.
- Click ‘Support’ in Fusion and raise a ticket to request that the connection be made.
- We will then update you to say that the connection has been made from our side.
- You need to click on a link in ChannelAdvisors Message Center to finalise the connection. Orders details can then be viewed.
