Labels allow you to classify a ticket or mark it for special attention.
The dashboard shows you how many tickets have been labelled and which label has been used. This can help you to optimise your business. For example, label return requests with a reason code to identify the main cause.
Creating your own labels
You can create your own labels at Messages > Settings > Folders > Select current folder/create new folder. Each group has its own dashboard report.
Either create a new folder group
Or select one that is already there
Assign a name, a colour and you may assign an icon
