Tags allow you to personalise each template response to give that human touch. The tags are replaced with the rich sales order information available in Fusion. Dear #consumer_firstname#, for example, becomes Dear John when the message is sent to the customer.
The available fields are as follows:
|#consumer#||The full consumer name, John Smith for example||The username will be used if the consumer’s name is not available. e.g. redBob|
|#consumer_firstname#||The consumer’s first name if available, John for example.||The username will be used if the consumer’s first name is not available. e.g. redBob|
|#expected_delivery_date_from#||The estimated earliest delivery date for the consumer’s home country||See Settings > Destinations to configure this.|
|#expected_delivery_date_to#||The estimated latest delivery date for the consumer’s home country.||See Settings > Destinations to configure this.|
|#dispatched_on#||When the consumer’s order was dispatched.||Note: This will be blank unless the order has been dispatched. Only use in a template response if a shipped Order Status has been selected.|
|#shipped_service_level#||The shipping service used.||Standard, Expedited, NextDay or SecondDay|
|#shipping_address||The consumer’s shipping address|
|#order_number#||The Amazon / eBay order number.||Tip: It is possible to build links using this tag. For example https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/your-account/order-details/?orderID=#order_number# will link to order details on the Amazon UK website. Also, a return can be initiated from this link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/returns/order/#order_number#|
Below is an example template for a Shipping Query where the order is known to have shipped (Order Status is Order Shipping, In Transit or Delivered).
