‘Sales Insights’ allows Fusion users to proactively reach out to customers when orders are received.
The feature shows a list of your sales in chronological order, and allows you to create a customer support ticket on any order.
Viewing all of your recent sales activity in one place can be extremely useful. The major benefit of ‘Sales Insights’ is the ability to send messages directly to customers who have recently purchased products.
How to use Sales Insights
To access the ‘Sales Insights’, simply click ‘Sales’ on the XSellco menu bar.
This will bring you the the ‘Sales’ dashboard.
Here you can search through your orders and create a ticket.
Using the filter search tool is an easy way to quickly find a specific order or segment a large number of orders which may be affected by an issue.
Use the filter to refine your search by categories such as ‘Ordered at’, ‘Consumer’, ‘Shipping address’, ‘Order details’, ‘Channels’ and ‘Status’.
For example, shipping carrier you are using announces they are experiencing delays delivering to a specific location over the next couple of days. Using the ‘Shipping address’ filter, you could quickly separate customers by their address in or around that location and send them a message informing them of the delay.
Creating a Ticket
Sending a message in ‘Sales’ is a straightforward process. If you need to contact a customer directly, simply click on ‘Create a Ticket’ on the sales order.
You’ll then be brought to the ticketing page where you can view all order and shipping details, as well as the customer’s information.
To send a message, simply type your text in the ‘Message to Consumer’ Field. If you have previously created templates, you can use the template down down menu to select the one you want to use. You can also add attachments if required. When you’re happy with the inserted text, click ‘Send Message’.
You can also add ‘Internal Notes’ for yourself or provide your support team with any additional information.
Finally, you can send external messages to email addresses not associated with this customer.
