ReplyManager Interface Upgrade
We are happy to announce that all ReplyManager accounts will be upgraded to a new interface in October 2016.
The new ReplyManager will include a more intuitive user interface.
It also comes with a number of powerful features to help you manage marketplace customer support effectively.
To be ready for the upgrade, here is a checklist for the information you will need to help your account transition run as smoothly as possible.
1. eBay login credentials
To be ready for your account upgrade, you should have the login credentials for all your eBay stores. You will need to re-authenticate your eBay accounts during the upgrade process.

2. Amazon login credentials
We recommend you have login details for your Amazon channels. Although your current email forwarding for Amazon messages will still work in the upgraded ReplyManager system, you will need to re-connect your channels to get the the benefits of Amazon Order and Customer search.

3. Inventory management integrations
If you have a Channel Advisor or Linnworks account, you may be required to reconnect these channels after the upgrade. We recommend you have account details available to connect to ReplyManager quickly.
