Fusion: Add your support email

Once you have added your marketplace channels to Fusion, the messages from those channels will start to automatically come into your Fusion inbox. To add your other email platforms such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo so that they come into your Fusion inbox, simply follow the steps below.

Step 1:

  • Go to  ‘Settings’
  • Select Channels > Add channel. The ‘Add Channel’ button is located in the top right corner.

Step 2:

  • From the ‘Add new channel’ drop down menu select ‘Other / Generic Email’. You will then be brought to the email setup wizard.

Step 3:

  • Enter your email address, give your support channel a name and enter the country that the support email belongs to.


Step 4:

  • You will then be presented with your XSellco Fusion email address which will be used to setup email forwarding to Fusion.
  • Copy this address and open your email account in a separate tab.

Step 5:

The last step is simply to set up forwarding, so that your messages are sent to Fusion. Please follow the forwarding instructions below for Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. If you have a different email provider and are having trouble setting up forwarding, feel free to contact our support team at support@xsellco.com.

For Gmail:

Please follow the instructions below from the Gmail help center.

  1. Open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from.
  2. In the top right, click the Settings icon Settings.
  3. Click ‘Settings’.
  4. Click the ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’ tab.
  5. In the “Forwarding” section, click ‘Add a forwarding address’.
  6. Enter your Fusion email address.
  7. Click Next  > Proceed > OK.
  8. A verification message will be sent to that address. Click the verification link in that message.
  9. Go back to the settings page for the Gmail account you want to forward messages from, and refresh your browser.
  10. Select ‘Forward a copy of incoming mail to’.
  11. Choose what you want to happen with the Gmail copy of your emails. We recommend keeping Gmail’s copy in your Inbox.
  12. At the bottom of the page, click ‘Save Changes’.

For Outlook

  1. Select the settings icon  on the top right in the Outlook Mail toolbar.
  2. Choose ‘Options’ from the drop down menu.
  3. Go to the ‘Mail > Accounts > Forwarding’ category in the menu selection on the left.
  4. Under ‘Forwarding, select ‘Start forwarding’.
  5. Enter your Fusion email address under ‘Forward my email to’.
  6. If you want to keep copies of forwarded messages in your Outlook Mail select ‘Keep a copy of forwarded messages’.
  7. Click ‘Save’.

Note* if you do not check Keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Outlook inbox, the messages forwarded to Fusion will not be available in your Outlook Mail (and not in the Deleted folder).

Yahoo Mail

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ icon ⚙ and select ‘Settings’.
  2. Click ‘Accounts’.
  3. Click your primary Yahoo account.
  4. Go down and select ‘Forward’.
  5. Enter your Fusion email address.
  6. Select ‘Store and forward’ or ‘Store and forward and mark as read’.
  7. Click ‘Verify’.
    – A verification email will be sent to your Fusion email address.
  8. Click ‘Save’.
  9. Log into your Fusion account.
  10. Open the verification email sent by Yahoo.
  11. Follow the email’s instructions to verify your account.

Congratulations! Any emails that you send from Fusion will now come from the new Fusion email address that you have configured. If you have any issues with this process please don’t hesitate to contact us on support@xsellco.com
