Follow these steps to see your Twitter messages in the ReplyManager dashboard.
1: Go to the right hand side of the navigation bar and click Add > Add channel.
2: Select Twitter from the marketplace dropdown.
3: To authorise ReplyManager to access your Twitter data, click ‘Next step’.
4: You will then be prompted to login to your Twitter account to confirm authorisation. You can now receive and respond to your Twitter customer messages within ReplyManager.
