Follow these simple steps to have your Facebook account connected to ReplyManager.
1: Go to the right hand side of the navigation bar and click Add > Add channel
2: Select ‘Facebook’ from the marketplace dropdown.
3: To authorise ReplyManager to access your Facebook data, click ‘Next Step’.
4: You will then be prompted to login to your Facebook account to confirm authorisation.
You can now receive and respond to your Facebook customer messages within ReplyManager.
You have successfully connected your Facebook account to ReplyManager.
