Do you want a quick way to see the last customer interaction in a message, without having to go into the message thread?
Now you can with ReplyManager’s new ‘hover-over’ feature.
SmartTags allow you to make faster and more personal responses by giving you access to customer details such as name and Order ID. To access them simply enter # as you reply and the available options will be presented. ReplyManager has a set of predefined smart tags set up for you and you can also create your own custom tags.
Respond to common customer queries in two clicks using ReplyManager’s customizable message Templates. Message templates save you time by pre-populating information for common replies you send. These can be customised for your various sales channels, and by language. Choose from a number of sample templates created by ReplyManager or create your own unique templates.

Once your accounts have been configured, we recommend reviewing Rules. Most of your rules should work fine, however, we will need to add some rules for your eBay accounts. In the old system, we used the Force message into Folder option, this has been stripped from the new system and instead we have to create a simple rule to replicate this process.
This guide outlines basic elements within ReplyManager that should be configured for the system to work properly. All of the administrative functions outlined here can be found in the User Settings menu under Settings on the top menu.
Downloading your email data prior to January 1st is simple. You can see the different options below that are available – from downloading message content of an entire thread of conversation, to simply extracting email addresses between a certain date range.
