En connectant votre compte Cdiscount, vous pouvez recevoir des questions et répondre aux demandes de vos clients directement avec Fusion. Vous pourrez voir tous vos nouveaux tickets dans le tableau de bord des Messages. Lorsqu’un ticket est reçu, il vous suffit de cliquer sur le ticket dans la partie Messages afin de répondre.
