Adding an email support channel

Fusion can handle email support queries from any sales channel.

  • First create the sales channel at Settings > Channels > Add channel. Add Channel is located on the top right corner.

  • From the ‘Add new channel’ drop down menu select ‘Other / Generic Email’. You will then be brought to the email setup wizard.

Select an email option

  • Enter your email address, give your channel a name and enter your location.

  • You will be presented with your XSellco Fusion email address. Use this address to setup email forwarding. You can then configure multiple channels like Etsy, Ratuken or your website to forward email to the Fusion Email address shown.

Any emails that you send from Fusion will appear to come from the Email address that you have configured.
