XSellco’s new Sales Dashboard: A user guide
Your new Sales Dashboard – What it does and how to use it.
What does the dashboard do?
It provides an overview of all your sales & order activity. The data is displayed in interactive charts and graphs. These tools allow you to track sales activity by looking at your busiest and quietest times. You can identify patterns and trends in the data. It’s useful for troubleshooting, resource planning and business forecasting.
Where is it located?
On the first page after you log in, in the left hand corner under the XSellco logo.
What will I see on the new dashboard?

So, how do I use it?
Sales Overview – Track sales value and total number of orders. Your totals for Sales Value, Orders and Average Order Value are displayed below the chart. Filter by date range, for example the Last 7 Days or view hourly information by selecting a single day, e.g. Yesterday. Hover over the chart to reveal a tile displaying the sales and order activity on that day.
To filter by Date Range;
– Select the drop down menu using the arrow
– Choose preferred date range
– Use directional arrows to scroll back and forth in the specified date interval
– Alternatively, customize the dates using the format YYYY-MM-DD
– Click to ‘Apply’ changes
Tip – Display hourly information by selecting a single day view.
Orders – The heat map provides a detailed view of all your order activity. It shows the total number of orders received, shipped and cancelled and breaks them down by FBA and self fulfilled. Hover over any square to see a detailed breakdown of orders for that particular hour.
To view orders placed, cancelled and shipped;
– Click arrow to reveal drop down menu
– Select preferred option by clicking on it
– Heat map view will change
Channel Sales – See the proportion of your sales that come from Amazon, eBay or your web store. Your individual channel sales are broken down further, below the chart. The progress bar shows the value of the channel sales as a percentage of your total sales.
