What is an e‑commerce helpdesk?

What plan should I choose?

Typically, our customers receive 1 ticket for every 9 orders. This can help you calculate the number of tickets you need. Why not schedule a demo and you can ask one of our specialists which plan would best suit your needs?

What is a ticket?

A ticket is raised when a customer sends your team a message. Each ticket includes the initial contact and all the emails that follow until the issue is resolved. Subsequent communication around the issue does not count as additional tickets. Also, system messages are not tickets.

Can I add more tickets to my plan?

Sure thing! Depending on your plan, we can help you choose the most cost effective route for your business. If you are on Starter or Small plans, we recommend that you upgrade to the next pricing plan. For sellers on the Medium or Large plan, you can buy bundles of 2,500 tickets for a 30 day period.
