Each ticket includes the initial contact and all the subsequent emails needed to resolve the issue.

A ticket is raised when a customer raises an issue. Subsequent communication around the issue does not count as additional tickets. System messages are not tickets. Ticket count varies depending on the complexity of your products, but we typically find that customers need around 1,000 to 1,500 tickets per full-time support agent that you have. At the end of your trial we'll recommend a plan that suits your business.
