XSellco is one of the fastest growing multi channel eCommerce trading companies in Europe, and we are looking for a driven Service Desk Executive to help us achieve our growth objectives worldwide. The hours are 13:30-22:00 Monday to Friday and the role is based in Dublin 2.


  • Provide technical assistance to US & European customers
  • Dealing with customer queries on the phone, via email or live chat
  • Provide pre-sales support
  • Participate in and contribute to a dynamic team

Skills & Experience:

  • Pre sales or post sales support experience
  • Experience in providing phone based technical support
  • Ambitious person who wants to grow with the role
  • People person who enjoys interacting with customers
  • Knowledge of SaaS methodologies a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Eligible to work in Ireland

This is an entry level role that would suit a recent graduate looking to get started in a high potential startup.

Required experience:

  • 1 year pre sales or post sales support experience
  • 1 year technical support in a Software as a Service business
