We are a rapidly growing dynamic young technology company providing innovative solutions to the ecommerce sector.  We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to take on the role of Partner Manager. The Partner Manager will build and manage a partner sales and marketing channel, selecting and recruiting of new partners and designing a partner program that enables and stimulates mutual flow of business.

This person will be responsible for coordinating business development efforts and marketing with our partners by implementing partner marketing campaigns and activities that generate leads, sales opportunities and brand awareness delivering on associated sales targets. 


The role will include: 

  • Working alongside key stakeholders to determine the strategy of the Partner program
  • Researching and developing new relationships with potential partners
  • Managing partner relationships and implementing joint sales and marketing programs between XSellco and all our partners
  • Driving leads, sales and revenue growth through partner program activity
  • Building awareness and brand loyalty through partner programs 
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of content with our partners
  • Representing XSellco at relevant events


Desired Skills

  • Strong partner sales and marketing background ideally in a software company
  • Specific and relevant experience developing successful marketing and partner support programs in the ecommerce space
  • Demonstrated history of building and maintaining business relationships
  • Self-motivated with an aggressive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic and sense of curiosity
  • Keen understanding of best practices in marketing communications
  • A good understanding of pipeline lead generation marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
