Our Customer Success team advises and helps a variety of eCommerce companies successfully grow their online businesses by maximising the benefits they are obtaining from the XSellco product suite.

The Customer Success team are the face of XSellco and lives and breathes the XSellco value of listening to and supporting our customers, always striving for excellence in product and support.

We’re looking for someone who smiles, enjoys collaborating with really smart people and getting their hands dirty – all while delivering great results.


  • Provide assistance to US & European customers and trialists
  • Dealing with customer queries on the phone, via email or live chat
  • Communicates effectively to ensure customers are completely satisfied with the XSellco products
  • Participate in and contribute to a dynamic team 
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Pre sales or post sales customer support experience
  • Experience in providing phone based support
  • Ambitious person who wants to grow with the role
  • People person who enjoys interacting with customers
  • Knowledge of SaaS methodologies a plus
  • Competent  in using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Quick learner and ability to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking ability and organisation
  • Strong written and spoken English, a second language would be a bonus
  • Eligible to work in Ireland

Support is provided from the hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm so some flexibility so the ability to work evening shifts will be a significant advantage. The role is based in south central Dublin.
