Business Development Executive

We are a rapidly growing dynamic young Irish based technology company providing solutions to the ecommerce sector.

We are now looking to recruit several Business Development Executives who will be responsible for assisting eCommerce companies grow their business through the successful use of XSellco’s tools.  The successful candidates will aid new trialists and qualified leads (primarily inbound qualified leads) successful engage with XSellco’s tools typically through trials of these products. Success will be measured through conversion to paying customers and revenue growth.

The role will include:

  • Working directly with potential XSellco customers to establish a relationship, focused on implementing Xsellco products to drive customer & XSellco success
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to key customers to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve full business value
  • Working directly with merchants on the phone or via email to address and resolve questions and issues before, during and immediately after the trial process
  • Working proactively to address/eliminate churn risk, while simultaneously executing on upsell opportunities as per identified opportunities 
  • Document all communication with users and accounts accurately and in a timely manner via system tools
  • Ensure that issues are escalated to appropriate internal departments and management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of XSellco products and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs

2+ years inbound or outbound sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment in a must.
Candidate must be based in Ireland with full working status and 100% fluent English, additional languages will be a benefit.
